Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities:

The following outlines the long-term objectives and responsibilities of the Associate Project Manager position. Initial responsibilities will include working with the project managers on website development and maintenance, social media, innovative email campaigns, learning internal processes, learning in detail about our clients, their needs and marketing strategy, and providing ongoing assistant to the Project Managers and the internal teams. 

• Participate in regular internal team meetings.

• Lead project-related meetings, keeping internal stakeholders and team members updated on projects and accountable for deliverables.

• Serve as direct client contact and internal contact on assigned projects; maintain ongoing contact with clients to manage the receipt of information and dissemination of information to team members.

• Manage project queries both internally and with clients.

• Oversee the project budgets and recognize changes in project scope.

• Track project milestones and deliverables and work through a team approach to ensure that deadlines are met.

• Provide concise and timely status reporting as required.

• Recognize project challenges, assist team members with resolving those challenges, work with clients to answer project related queries and facilitate project decision-making.

• Ensure Gray Loon quality standards are met.

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities.

• Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations in regards to accuracy, budgets and completion dates.

• Quickly and accurately post client change orders for all appropriate agency personnel.

• Achieve expert level for the various software applications required for the position.

• Understand, utilize and effectively integrate all aspects of web best practices into web development work including Web Usability, SEO, Web Statistics and other critical elements of web development.

• Work in conjunction with all of the Gray Loon team to identify efficiencies, enhance internal culture and to create an environment that enables us to consistently provide exceptional marketing services to our clients.
