Born in the basement of our home in 2013, Recoil Gunworks is a family-owned and operated business that provides quality firearms and ammunition at a competitive price.
Recoil Gunworks already had a booming online business, but required a more manageable ecommerce platform, a branding refresh and an improved customer experience. Gray Loon transitioned Recoil Gunworks onto the BigCommerce platform to create a more intuitive backend experience for their team. We conducted extensive user research to influence design and create simplified user flow to increase conversions. We also worked with Recoil Gunworks to develop a new logo and brand style to modernize the look and feel of the brand.
We continue to work with Recoil Gunworks on their email marketing strategy as well as additional marketing and campaign efforts. We assist with SEO and SEM tactics as well as email marketing, and ratings and reviews programs ensuring they continue to effectively serve their customers and grow revenue.
