Gray Loon is proud to have a role in helping Downtown Evansville attract new people, businesses, and events to our neck of the woods. Having a consistent brand plays a big part in gaining recognition, so we worked together to develop a place branding strategy that made people feel like they belonged along downtown neighborhood streets, inside concerts and sporting events, at other local events and shops.
The Downtown Evansville Economic Improvement District (EID) was formed by property owners in the core of Downtown Evansville in late 2017. Its mission is to enhance resident, consumer, investor, worker, and visitor experiences in Downtown Evansville. They are focused on beautifying the downtown area, hosting events and becoming a destination for the community, and attracting potential businesses and developers to the area.
